Michael Fang, MD

Dr. Michael Fang, an internal and geriatric medicine physician turned entrepreneur, is driven by a mission to democratize healthcare. As Co-founder and CEO of BASE10, he launched an infection control clinical decision support software used by over 150 nursing homes during Covid pandemic. The software generated over $35 million in revenue over three years before the company was acquired. He also co-founded Imosphere, which tracks social determinants of health for over 7 million mental health patients in the UK, Ireland, and Scotland. Mike currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine’s Institute of AI in Medicine, while leading Ryze, an insurance company whose health plan solution is redefining healthcare coverage for independent physicians and medical practices nationwide.
