The Charleston County Medical Society’s School Health Committee is partnering with Charleston County School District to promote wellness across local schools. Through their 2024–2025 School-Based Wellness Initiative, they awarded over $28,000 to 48 schools for projects like sensory gardens and health-focused programming. Several schools were recognized for excellence, including C.E. Williams North Middle School as the grand prize winner.
